The Templately Theme Builder gives you the flexibility to add a header and footer in Templately for Elementor and the Gutenberg editor. Here you can create your own template and place it on any page on your website.

How to Add a Header Template in Templately Theme Builder? #
First, from your WordPress dashboard, go to the ‘Theme Builder’ tab under Templately. Here, you can choose the option to create the template.

Step 1: Add New Template #
After going to the ‘Theme Builder’ dashboard, click on the ‘Add New Template’ button. Here, you will find different options to build your new template.

After clicking on the button, there will be a popup window. From there, select your specific editor, and to create a header template, click on ‘Header’ from the type of template dropdown. Then give your template a name to better understand which template you are going to use. Click on ‘Create Template’ to create a new header template for your website.

Step 2: Create a Header Template #
After clicking on the button, it will take you to your preferred editor. From there, with different elements, create a new header template for your website. After creating your template, click on the ‘Publish’ button.

Step 3: Add Header Template to a Specific Page #
Now, from the ‘Publish’ button dropdown, you will find the ‘Condition (by Templately)’ option. Click on that and now you can set the specific condition where you want to show this Footer template on your website. Select your specific page and then click on ‘Save & Close’ to save the changes.

How to Add a Footer Template in Templately Theme Builder? #
To add a Footer template on your website, like in previous steps, go to the WordPress dashboard and then go to the ‘Theme Builder’ tab under Templately.
Step 1: Add a New Template #
From the ‘Theme Builder’ dashboard, click on the ‘Add New Template’ button. Here, you will find different options to build your new template. From there, choose the editor and then select ‘Footer’ as the type of template. You can also add a name for your template. Click on the ‘Create Template’ button and it will take you to the editor.

Step 2: Create a Footer Template #
After clicking on the button, it will take you to your preferred editor. From there, with different elements, create a new footer template for your website. After creating your template, click on the ‘Publish’ button.

Step 3: Add Footer Template to a Specific Page #
Click the dropdown arrow on the ‘Publish’ button, where you will find the ‘Condition (by Templately)’ option. Select it to define the specific conditions that determine where the Footer template will appear on your website. Choose your desired page, then click ‘Save & Close’ to apply and save your settings.

Note: If you want to create a header or footer with the Gutenberg editor, then after creating the template go back to ‘Theme Builder’ dashboard. From there, click on ‘Edit Conditions’ and choose where you want to show the template on your website.

Final Outcome of Header And Footer in Templately #
Finally, on your website, you will see that the created header and footer template is LIVE. This way you can create your own template and place it wherever you prefer on your WordPress website.
